2.3. Ineligible Individuals
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Online Tournament:

  • individuals prohibited from participating under applicable law.
2.4. Single Registration
Each Participant may maintain only one personal registration identity for Online Tournament purposes. Holding multiple Tournament Accounts allocated in accordance with these Terms does not constitute prohibited multiple registration.
2.5. Identity and Eligibility Verification
The Organizer reserves the right to initiate Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification or other identity and eligibility checks in respect of any Participant at any time during the Online Tournament, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Such verification may include requests for proof of identity, age, residency, or other information reasonably required to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, investigate suspected Misconduct, or comply with applicable laws.
2.6. Verification of Results and Prize Eligibility
The Organizer may request additional verification before confirming the final Leaderboard, the three qualification places for the Final, or the allocation of promotional prizes to eligible Participants.

Participants must provide accurate information and complete reasonably required verification procedures within the timeframe communicated by the Organizer.

Failure or refusal to complete the required verification may result in suspension, disqualification, exclusion from the final Leaderboard, refusal to confirm qualification for the Final, or forfeiture of an applicable promotional prize, subject to Section 5 and applicable law.
2.7. Eligibility Decisions and Review
The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participant eligibility, investigate suspected violations, restrict Online Tournament access, and disqualify Participants who fail to satisfy the applicable requirements.

Any Participant who believes that a decision resulted from a factual, technical, or administrative error may request a review through the Organizer's official support channel.

The Organizer shall review such requests in good faith. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
2.8. Participant Representations and Warranties
By participating, the Participant represents and warrants that all information provided is accurate, all applicable eligibility requirements are satisfied, and the Participant understands and accepts the simulated nature of the Online Tournament.
3. Nature of the Online Tournament
3.1. Purpose and Simulated Nature
The Online Tournament is organized exclusively for educational, promotional, competitive, and entertainment purposes and shall not be construed as offering investment services, financial instruments, or investment advice.

All trading activities are performed strictly within a simulated trading environment using Simulated Funds that have no real monetary value.
3.2. Tournament Account Functionality
Tournament Accounts provided through the Platform:
  • replicate selected market conditions for simulation purposes;
  • do not execute trades on real financial markets;
  • do not involve real trading capital or actual financial instruments;
  • do not generate real trading profits or losses;
  • are not connected to actual brokerage execution or investment services.
Simulated trading performance is hypothetical and may differ materially from actual market outcomes.
3.3. No Regulated Financial Services
Nothing in the Online Tournament constitutes or should be interpreted as investment advice, financial promotion of actual financial instruments, solicitation for investment products, brokerage services, order execution, portfolio management, or proprietary trading with real capital.
3.4. Leaderboard Information
The Online Tournament may display rankings, trading statistics, and performance metrics through the Leaderboard.

Such information is provided exclusively for Online Tournament administration and informational purposes. It does not constitute investment signals, trading recommendations, or a verified record of actual financial performance and must not be relied upon for investment decisions.
3.5. Simulated Profits
The Participant acknowledges that simulated profits are not real funds, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed, and do not provide any right to receive actual trading capital or financial compensation.
3.6. Qualification and Promotional Prizes
The Online Tournament does not award cash, cryptocurrency, USDT, or other direct monetary payouts. Eligible Participants may qualify for the in-person Final or receive non-monetary promotional prizes in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.
3.7. Completion and Final Verification
The Online Tournament is completed for award-allocation purposes following final verification of the Leaderboard, confirmation of the Online Qualifiers, and determination of the eligible promotional prize recipients under Section 5.
4. Online Tournament Mechanics
4.1. Registration and Account Allocation
Eligible Platform users may activate participation in the Online Tournament from 3 November 2026 through the applicable Platform interface.

Upon activation and acceptance of these Terms, each eligible Participant will receive one free Tournament Account with an initial simulated balance of USD 10,000.

Only one free Tournament Account may be allocated per Participant. No purchase, deposit, subscription, or separate Online Tournament entry fee is required.
4.2. Additional Tournament Accounts
Eligible Participants who purchase qualifying ordinary Challenges through the Platform may receive Additional Tournament Accounts as complimentary promotional bonuses, at no additional charge, in accordance with the following allocation schedule:

Purchased Challenge nominal size

Additional Tournament Accounts

USD 5,000

USD 10,000

1

USD 25,000

2

USD 50,000

3

USD 100,000

4

USD 200,000

Additional Tournament Accounts are allocated following successful confirmation of the relevant qualifying purchase. Allocations are cumulative across multiple qualifying Challenge purchases.

Additional Tournament Accounts are not sold separately and cannot be purchased directly. They are provided exclusively as complimentary promotional benefits associated with qualifying purchases of ordinary Challenges.

Each Additional Tournament Account has the same initial balance as the free Tournament Account and is subject to the same applicable trading rules, regardless of the nominal size or purchase price of the corresponding Challenge.

Additional Tournament Accounts may be allocated for qualifying purchases completed and confirmed before the official end of the Online Tournament on 25 November 2026.

The Organizer may withhold or reverse promotional account allocations associated with fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, or charged-back transactions, subject to applicable law and the relevant contractual terms.

4.3. One Active Tournament Account Rule
A Participant may hold multiple allocated Tournament Accounts but may trade using only one Active Tournament Account at any given time.

All other allocated Tournament Accounts remain inactive and are held in a queue until they become eligible for activation.

If the Active Tournament Account fails due to a confirmed account-failure condition under the applicable trading rules, that account will be closed for further trading and the next available Tournament Account in the queue will be activated automatically, provided the Participant remains eligible and has not been disqualified.

A new Tournament Account may be activated only after the failure of the preceding Active Tournament Account.

Participants may not voluntarily reset, replace, or switch between Tournament Accounts or activate multiple Tournament Accounts simultaneously.

Each newly activated Tournament Account begins with its own initial balance. Trading results, profits, losses, and open positions from a Failed Tournament Account do not transfer to another Tournament Account.

Failed Tournament Accounts cannot be restored or reused, except where the Organizer confirms that the failure resulted from a verified technical or administrative error.

Any allocated Tournament Accounts remaining unused at the end of the Online Tournament expire and cannot be transferred to another Challenge or competition.

4.4. Trading Conditions
The applicable trading conditions, including account specifications, risk parameters, drawdown calculations, daily reset times, permitted trading instruments, leverage, treatment of open positions, and other technical requirements, shall be displayed in the Participant's personal dashboard on the Platform and shall govern trading within the Online Tournament.

These conditions shall be made available to Participants before they begin trading in the Online Tournament.

Where general Platform trading rules conflict with trading conditions expressly designated for the Online Tournament, the Online Tournament-specific conditions shall prevail.

A confirmed breach of applicable account-failure conditions results in failure of the relevant Tournament Account and triggers activation of the next available account in accordance with Section 4.3, provided the Participant remains eligible and has not been disqualified.
4.5. Leaderboard Calculation
Participants will be ranked according to Total PnL, including both realized and unrealized profit or loss.
Realized PnL represents profit or loss from closed positions. Unrealized PnL represents profit or loss from open positions, calculated in accordance with the applicable Platform trading and valuation rules.

Only results from eligible Tournament Accounts that have not failed or been disqualified will be considered for the final Leaderboard.

Where a Participant has been allocated multiple Tournament Accounts, only the eligible result of the Participant's Active Tournament Account at the official closing snapshot will be used for the final ranking.
Previously Failed Tournament Accounts do not contribute to the Participant's final Total PnL.
Each Participant may occupy only one position in the final Leaderboard.

The Leaderboard may be updated periodically during the Online Tournament. Displayed rankings are provisional until the Organizer completes final verification.

In the event of equal Total PnL, tie-breaking shall be determined in accordance with the applicable Online Tournament ranking rules displayed in the Participant's personal dashboard on the Platform.

The Organizer may correct verified technical errors, exclude invalid results, and review suspected violations before confirming the final Leaderboard.
4.6. Prohibited Conduct
Participants are prohibited from:
  • using unauthorized bots, automated trading systems, Expert Advisors, scripts, APIs, or algorithmic execution tools;
  • using paid external trading tools, paid signals, analytical subscriptions, or other paid third-party services intended to improve Online Tournament performance;
  • engaging in Copy Trading, Mirror Trading, or coordinated trading activity, whether manually or through automated systems;
  • exploiting latency, Platform errors, abnormal simulated prices, or execution vulnerabilities;
  • manipulating price feeds, trade records, or Leaderboard calculations;
  • sharing Tournament Accounts or allowing third parties to trade on their behalf;
  • using multiple identities or unauthorized profiles to obtain additional free Tournament Accounts;
  • circumventing the one-active-account requirement;
  • disseminating deliberately false or fraudulent information relating to the Online Tournament, or intentionally damaging, misusing, or disrupting the Platform or Online Tournament infrastructure;
  • engaging in any other form of manipulation, cheating, or Misconduct.
Any exception concerning the use of external tools must be expressly authorized in writing by the Organizer.

Participants must adhere to professional and ethical conduct and must not harass, threaten, intimidate, or interfere with other Participants, the Organizer's personnel, or the conduct of the Online Tournament.

Confirmed material violations may result in account failure, cancellation of affected results, disqualification, exclusion from qualification for the Final, or forfeiture of promotional prizes, subject to applicable law.

4.7. Tournament Period and Technical Issues
The Online Tournament runs from 3 November 2026 at 12:00 to 25 November 2026 at 23:59, Dubai time (UTC+4).

Only eligible simulated trading activity recorded within this period will be considered for the final results.
Participants acknowledge that Platform interruptions, connectivity problems, simulated price discrepancies, execution delays, or device failures may affect trading performance.

The Organizer may investigate material technical issues and implement reasonable corrective measures to preserve the integrity and fairness of the Online Tournament.

Technical failures caused by circumstances outside the Organizer's reasonable control do not automatically entitle Participants to additional Tournament Accounts, compensation, or an extension of the Online Tournament period.

5. Qualification for the Final and Promotional Prizes
5.1. Final Leaderboard
At the conclusion of the Online Tournament, the Organizer shall determine the final Leaderboard based on eligible trading results, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
5.2. Qualification Places and Promotional Prizes

5.3. Prize Allocation
The first three positions are qualification places for the separately organized Final, while positions four through thirty are eligible for the promotional prizes listed in Section 5.2. Each eligible Participant may receive only one qualification place or one promotional prize through the Online Tournament Leaderboard, irrespective of the number of Tournament Accounts held.
5.4. Notification Within 72 Hours
Within seventy-two (72) hours following the official close of the Online Tournament, the Organizer shall contact Participants provisionally ranked within the first thirty (30) places using their registered email addresses or other official communication channels. Such notification shall identify the provisional qualification place or prize and provide relevant verification, response, and claim instructions. Provisional ranking or notification does not constitute final confirmation of eligibility or an unconditional right to receive a prize.
5.5. Acceptance and Verification
Each provisionally selected Participant must confirm acceptance of the applicable qualification place or promotional prize and provide the reasonably required information within a reasonable period specified in the Organizer's notification. For qualification places, the applicable terms governing participation in the in-person Final shall be made available before the Participant confirms acceptance.
5.6. Replacement of Online Qualifiers
If a Participant provisionally allocated a qualification place cannot accept it or becomes ineligible, the Organizer shall offer the vacant qualification place to the next highest-ranked eligible Participant in accordance with the reallocation procedure in Section 5.7, until all three qualification places are filled or no further eligible Participants remain.
5.7. Cascading Prize Reallocation
If a Participant allocated any qualification place or promotional prize declines it, fails to complete the required verification or claim steps within the communicated reasonable period, is disqualified, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the Participant shall be excluded from the corresponding prize allocation. The Organizer shall then reallocate the remaining qualification places and promotional prizes in descending order of the original verified Leaderboard, with the next highest-ranked eligible Participants advancing into the available award tiers. This cascading reallocation applies across all tiers listed in Section 5.2, including qualification places, physical prizes, and Challenge prizes, and may include otherwise eligible Participants originally ranked below thirtieth place. The original trading results and Leaderboard order shall not be altered; only the allocation of qualification places and promotional prizes shall be adjusted.
5.8. Final Confirmation of Prizes
Reallocation and eligibility verification shall be completed before final confirmation of qualification places, delivery of physical prizes, or activation of Challenge prizes. No Participant may retain a provisional lower-tier prize in addition to a higher-tier qualification place or prize allocated to that Participant through the reallocation process. Replacement Participants shall be contacted promptly following the applicable reallocation.
5.9. Wildcard Selection
The Organizer may, at its discretion, select one additional eligible individual to participate in the Final as a Wildcard. Such selection is independent of and does not affect the three qualification places allocated on the basis of the Online Tournament Leaderboard.
5.10. Eligibility for Qualification Places and Prizes
All qualification places and promotional prizes are subject to verification of the relevant Participant’s identity, eligibility, compliance with these Terms, and confirmation of the applicable prize allocation under this Section.
5.11. Awarded Challenges
Challenges awarded as promotional prizes provide access to separate trading evaluation products with the account sizes specified in Section 5.2. Such Challenges, including any potential reward entitlements arising from their use, shall be governed by the applicable Platform Terms and Conditions and Commercial Terms.
5.12. Prize Delivery and Activation
Details of physical prizes, prize delivery procedures, Challenge activation requirements, and responsibility for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or delivery charges shall be published on the Platform or the official WSCT 2026 website before the Online Tournament begins.
5.13. Public Announcement of Winners
The Organizer may publicly announce confirmed Online Qualifiers and promotional prize recipients by displaying their names or nicknames, ranking positions, and other information permitted under applicable privacy and publicity requirements.
6. Registration and Participation
6.1. Free Participation
Participation in the Online Tournament is voluntary and free of charge. The allocation of Tournament Accounts is governed by Section 4.
6.2. Purchased Challenges and Promotional Benefits
The purchase of an ordinary Challenge constitutes payment for a separate digital product providing access to the applicable trading evaluation services and associated Platform features.

Any Additional Tournament Accounts allocated in connection with such purchase are complimentary promotional benefits and do not constitute a separately purchased service, a Tournament entry fee, or a deposit of actual trading capital.
6.3. Applicable Challenge Terms
Purchased Challenges remain subject to the applicable Platform Terms and Conditions, Commercial Terms, and Refund Policy. Participation in the Online Tournament does not modify the rights and obligations arising under those separate agreements.
6.4. No Refund for Tournament Account Failure
The failure, non-use, or expiration of a Tournament Account does not, by itself, entitle the Participant to a refund, compensation, or other financial payment in connection with the Online Tournament.
6.5. No Guarantee of Results or Prizes
The purchase of a Challenge or allocation of Additional Tournament Accounts does not guarantee any particular trading result, Leaderboard position, qualification for the Final, or promotional prize.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1. Purposes of Data Processing
The Organizer collects and processes personal data reasonably necessary for Participant registration, identity verification, Online Tournament administration, Platform operation, Leaderboard management, allocation and fulfillment of promotional prizes, and confirmation of qualification for the Final.
7.2. Categories of Personal Data
Personal data may include the Participant's name, age, email address, country of residence, Platform account information, technical identifiers, trading records, and prize delivery information where necessary.

7.3. Applicable Privacy Rules
All personal data processing shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
7.4. Marketing Communications
Personal data collected for Online Tournament administration shall not be used for unrelated marketing communications without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, separate consent.
7.5. Sharing with Service Providers
The Organizer may share personal data with authorized service providers where necessary for the operation of the Platform, identity verification, Online Tournament administration, confirmation of Final qualification, or fulfillment and delivery of promotional prizes, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
7.6. Aggregated and Anonymized Data
The Organizer may anonymize or aggregate Online Tournament data for statistical analysis, performance monitoring, and improvement of its Platform services, provided such information does not identify individual Participants.
7.7. Data Security
The Organizer shall implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, misuse, or loss.
7.8. Data Retention
Personal data shall be retained only for periods required or permitted under applicable law and for legitimate documented purposes, including regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, security, and dispute resolution.
7.9. Participant Data Rights
Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements, through the Organizer's official contact channel.
8. Liability Limitation
8.1. Voluntary Participation and Platform Availability
The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Online Tournament is voluntary.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or particular trading results.
8.2. External Disruptions
The Organizer shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, third-party service disruptions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.3. Investigation of Platform Failures
The Organizer shall take reasonable measures to investigate verified material Platform failures affecting Online Tournament integrity and may implement proportionate corrective measures where necessary.
8.4. Exclusion of Certain Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Online Tournament, inability to access the Platform, or changes to Online Tournament operations made in accordance with these Terms.
8.5. No Monetary Value of Simulated Funds
Simulated Funds have no monetary value, and the Organizer shall not be liable for simulated trading losses or any expected financial value attributed to such funds by a Participant.
8.6. Non-Excludable Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protection rights and enforceable obligations relating to separate Challenge purchases remain unaffected.
9. Compliance with Local Laws
9.1. Compliance with Applicable Laws
The Organizer shall conduct the Online Tournament in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
9.2. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Organizer may restrict participation, account allocation, or promotional benefits in jurisdictions where the relevant activities are prohibited, restricted, or subject to regulatory requirements that have not been satisfied.

9.4. Promotional Compliance
Promotional campaigns and Challenge-related incentives shall be offered only in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where they are made available or targeted.
10. Governing Law

10.2. Amicable Dispute Resolution
Participants may submit complaints or disputes to the Organizer through its official support channel for review and attempted amicable resolution.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. Entire Agreement and Platform Rules
These Terms constitute the agreement between the Organizer and the Participant concerning participation in the Online Tournament and, together with the applicable Platform trading and ranking rules displayed in the Participant's personal dashboard, govern the Online Tournament's administration and trading conditions.
11.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3. No Waiver
The Organizer's failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
11.4. Amendments and Updates
The Organizer may amend, modify, or update these Terms or applicable Online Tournament rules where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in operational procedures, technical requirements, applicable laws, or regulatory interpretations.

Material changes shall be communicated through the Platform or other official Online Tournament channels.

Amendments shall not be applied retroactively to arbitrarily alter completed trading results, qualification outcomes, or rights already accrued under these Terms, except where required by applicable law or justified by verified violations or technical errors.
11.5. Assignment and Transfer
The Participant may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations arising under these Terms without the Organizer's prior written consent.

The Organizer may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to an affiliated entity or lawful successor, provided that such transfer does not materially diminish the Participant's rights under these Terms.
11.6. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary duty, or agency relationship between the Organizer and the Participant.

Participation in the Online Tournament does not grant the Participant any authority to act on behalf of, represent, bind, or otherwise obligate the Organizer.
11.7. Language and Interpretation
To the extent these Terms are translated into other languages for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
11.8. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, suspension, modification, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, without limitation, natural disasters, severe weather events, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, sanctions, epidemics, pandemics, power outages, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, widespread infrastructure failures, or interruptions affecting third-party technology providers.

Where such circumstances materially affect the Online Tournament, the Organizer may temporarily suspend trading, adjust operational schedules, postpone the Online Tournament, or cancel it where reasonably necessary.

The Organizer shall use reasonable efforts to notify affected Participants and, where practicable, adopt measures to preserve the integrity and fairness of the competition.

Any obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights arising from separate Challenge purchases, shall remain unaffected.
11.9. Intellectual Property
All Online Tournament content, branding, software, Platform interfaces, Leaderboard systems, designs, and related materials remain the intellectual property of the Organizer or their respective rights holders.

Participants are not granted ownership rights to such materials and may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without the relevant rights holder's prior written consent.
