Tournament Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter - “Terms”) govern and regulate the participation in the Trading Challenge Tournament (hereinafter - “Tournament”) held during the Blockchain Conference Brasil (hereinafter - “Conference”) in São Paulo, Brazil. The Conference is organized and operated independently by its respective organizers, and additional details about the Conference, including schedules and venue information, are available on the official website: https://www.blockchainconferencebrasil.com/en.

The Tournament is also accessible online to any individual who joins through the official Tournament website, promotional links, advertising campaigns, or QR codes provided by the Organizer. Participation is not limited to Conference attendees.

The Tournament is organized by EMPOWER ACADEMY LIMITED, a company duly incorporated and operating under the laws of United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Office A, RAK DAO Business Centre, RAK BANK ROC Office, Ground Floor, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter -“Organizer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
The Tournament will be conducted exclusively on a proprietary trading platform (hereinafter - “Platform”), operated by EMPOWER ACADEMY LIMITED, a company licensed №: 07010595 in the United Arab Emirates under an issued in Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis Authority (hereinafter - “Platform Operator”). All trading activities within the Tournament are executed in a demo environment using simulated funds.
No real-money trading, brokerage activity, investment service, or execution of financial instruments takes place within the Tournament. The Tournament is held by us solely for social and entertainment purposes to demonstrate the platform's functionality.
For the purposes of these Terms, the term “You”, “Participant”, or “User” refers to any individual who:
  • accesses the Tournament via the official online registration link, QR codes, or promotional materials distributed by the Organizer;
  • meets all eligibility criteria listed in Section 2 (“Eligibility”);
  • voluntarily registers for, accesses, or participates in the Tournament, whether through the online Tournament interface or any other official access channel provided by the Organizer;
acknowledges and agrees that participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
By entering the Tournament, You confirm that You are participating voluntarily, solely for entertainment purpose, and that You fully understand and accept the simulated nature of all trading activities conducted through the Platform.

1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. Definitions apply both in singular and plural form, and capitalized terms used herein shall be interpreted in accordance with this Section unless stated otherwise.
1.1. “Organizer” means EMPOWER ACADEMY LIMITED, the entity responsible for creating, managing, administering, and conducting the Tournament.
1.2. “Participant”, “User”, or “You” - any natural person who meets the eligibility criteria described in Section 2 (“Eligibility”), who voluntarily registers for, accesses, or takes part in the Tournament whether onsite at the Conference or through the online interface accessible via QR code and who agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
1.3. “Tournament” means the structured, time-limited trading competition organized by the Organizer during the Conference in which Participants execute simulated trades using demo accounts provided through the Platform.
1.4. “Conference” means the event known as the Blockchain Conference Brasil, held in São Paulo, Brazil, and independently managed by its respective organizers.
1.5. “Platform” - the proprietary trading platform used for the Tournament, operated by the Platform Operator, providing a demo-trading environment solely for training and simulation.
1.6. “Platform Operator” - EMPOWER ACADEMY LIMITED, a company duly licensed under in, United Arab Emirates, responsible for operating and maintaining the Platform and providing demo trading capabilities.
1.7. “Prop Trading” or “Proprietary Trading” - for the purposes of these Terms, refers exclusively to a business model in which a company permits traders to perform trading activities on its behalf, using the company’s capital, subject to internal rules and evaluation processes. Prop Trading in these Terms refers solely to the simulated model provided by the Platform Operator during the Tournament and does not constitute regulated investment activity, brokerage service, or financial instrument trading.
1.8. “Demo Trading” means trading performed in a simulated environment using virtual funds, without any real monetary value, real execution, or financial risk. Demo Trading is intended solely for training and entertainment purposes. All activity within the Tournament is strictly Demo Trading.
1.9. “Simulated Funds” means non-monetary, non-redeemable virtual credits assigned to Participants within demo trading accounts for the purpose of simulation. Simulated Funds have no real financial value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed.
1.10. “Trading Account (Demo Account)” - a simulated trading account assigned to a Participant within the Platform, containing Simulated Funds, and used exclusively for Demo Trading during the Tournament.
1.11. “Leaderboard” - the ranking list of Participants based on performance metrics within the demo trading environment. The Leaderboard does not reflect actual financial performance and has no investment significance.
1.12. “Prizes” - the promotional rewards, denominated in cryptocurrency (USDT), to be granted to the Participants who achieve the top rankings in the Tournament according to the Leaderboard. Prizes are not investment returns and are not related to real trading gains.
1.13. “Misconduct” means any conduct that attempts to manipulate the demo environment, exploit platform errors, disrupt other Participants, use prohibited tools or automation, or otherwise violate the integrity of the Tournament.
1.14. “Promotional Materials” - any banners, flyers, QR codes, advertisements, booth visuals, digital assets, or on-site marketing elements referencing the Tournament or the Platform.
1.15. “QR Participation System” - the mechanism through which Participants may join the online version of the Tournament by scanning an official QR code or accessing official promotional links published or distributed by the Organizer.
1.16. “USDT” refers to a U.S. Dollar–denominated cryptocurrency issued on applicable blockchain networks and transferable to standard cryptocurrency wallets.
1.17. “Identity Verification” or “KYC” refers to the mandatory compliance procedure conducted by an authorized third-party verification provider, for the purpose of confirming the true identity of a Winner and assessing their eligibility to receive a Prize. This procedure may include the collection and verification of personal identification documents, biometric data, sanctions screening, residency information, and other compliance checks deemed necessary by the Organizer to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policies.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation in the Tournament is open only to natural persons who meet all of the following conditions:
  • the Participant must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration;
  • the Participants may access the Tournament by visiting the official Tournament website, following promotional links, advertisements, or QR codes provided by the Organizer;
  • the Participant must possess full legal capacity under the laws of their country of residence and must be legally competent to enter into agreements such as these Terms;
  • the Participant must join the Tournament voluntarily, without coercion, undue influence, financial pressure, or expectation of financial gain from trading activities;
  • the Participant must ensure that participation in the Tournament and receipt of any Prizes (including in cryptocurrency) is fully permitted under the laws of the Participant’s jurisdiction.
2.2. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, restrict or deny participation to individuals from jurisdictions where: demo trading competitions are prohibited or regulated; cryptocurrency rewards are restricted; participation in promotions at international events may require special approvals.
The Organizer may request additional information to verify compliance with such restrictions; failure to provide such information may result in disqualification.
2.3. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Tournament:
  • employees, contractors, officers, or agents of the Organizer or the Platform Operator involved in the design, administration, or execution of the Tournament;
  • individuals who attempt to participate multiple times under different identities;
  • individuals who use automation tools, bots, scripts, or attempt to manipulate the demo trading environment;
  • individuals who have been previously banned by the Organizer or Platform Operator for violating terms of use or engaging in misconduct;
  • individuals prohibited from accessing trading simulation environments under applicable law.
2.4. To be eligible to receive Prizes (as defined in Section 1), the Participant must provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address capable of receiving USDT, complete Prize-claim steps within the timeframe communicated by the Organizer. Failure to meet any of these conditions and other conditions set forth in these Terms may result in forfeiture of the Prize, which the Organizer may reassign at its discretion.
2.5. By participating, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that no financial, brokerage, investment, or advisory relationship is created between the Participant and the Organizer, the Platform, or the Platform Operator.
Participation is limited strictly to a demo trading simulation and does not constitute: account opening, brokerage onboarding, or any form of regulated financial activity. The Participant is not a client of the Organizer or the Platform Operator by virtue of participating in the Tournament. The Organizer will not use the personal data of its Participants after the Conference for engaging in real trading or brokerage activities. 
2.6.  By entering the Tournament, You expressly represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed in this Section, all information You provide during registration is true, complete, and accurate.
You are personally responsible for ensuring compliance with the legal requirements of Your jurisdiction.
You understand the simulated nature of the demo trading environment.
You will not attempt to manipulate the Tournament, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating or misconduct.
2.7. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to:
  • verify Participant eligibility;
  • request supporting documentation (e.g., proof of age or residency, where necessary);
  • disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms or eligibility requirements;
  • refuse Prize distribution if eligibility criteria are not satisfied.
Decisions of the Organizer regarding eligibility are final, non-negotiable, and not subject to appeal.

3. Nature of the Tournament
3.1. The Tournament is designed and conducted solely for entertainment purposes. All trading activities performed by Participants during the Tournament occur strictly within a demo trading environment of the Platform and involve the use of Simulated (demo) Funds that have no real monetary value and cannot be converted, withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed.
3.2. The Tournament utilizes a Demo Account provided through the Platform, which: replicates market conditions for training purposes; does not execute trades on real financial markets; does not involve real money, capital, or financial instruments; does not result in real profits or losses; is not connected to any brokerage, liquidity provider, or investment venue.
All demo performance is purely hypothetical and may not reflect real market outcomes.
3.3. Participation in the Tournament does not require deposits of any kind, payments, purchases, subscriptions, or financial commitments, and is entirely free of charge. The Tournament is therefore not, and cannot be construed as, a financial service, promotion, or solicitation.
3.4. Nothing in the Tournament constitutes or should be interpreted as investment advice, financial promotion, solicitation for investment products, brokerage service or order execution, portfolio management, offering of derivatives or securities, proprietary trading with real capital.
3.5. The Tournament may display aggregated rankings or performance metrics of Participants (the “Leaderboard”).
Such displays: are strictly informational; do not constitute Copy Trading, Mirror Trading, or any regulated form of trade replication; cannot be used for executing real trades or replicating strategies; must not be interpreted as signals, recommendations, or investment guidance.
No Participant’s actions influence another Participant’s Demo Account, and no Participant is permitted to copy or mirror trades of others within the Tournament environment.
3.6. Trades executed during the Tournament are not routed to any exchange, broker, or trading venue, and do not reflect slippage, orderbook depth, execution delays, or other characteristics of real trading environments. Any resemblance to real market prices or charts is coincidental and purely for training simulation purposes.
3.7. Participation does not create any form of client, customer, investment, fiduciary, or contractual relationship between the Participant and the Organizer, the Platform Operator, the Platform, any associated financial entity.
3.8. Any Prize awarded is a standalone promotional reward unrelated to trading performance in real markets.
3.9. The Participant acknowledges that:
  • demo trading results cannot be used to predict real trading performance;
  • simulated profits are not real and have no financial relevance;
  • performance in the Tournament must not be relied upon for investment decisions.
3.10. The Organizer may modify, pause, or terminate the Tournament at any time if required for compliance with local law, safety, fairness, technical integrity, or any other operational necessity.
4. Tournament mechanics
4.1. Participants may register for the Tournament through the official online registration page, QR codes, or promotional links circulated by the Organizer.
Participants may alternatively access the Tournament by scanning the official QR codes distributed by the Organizer’s authorized promotional personnel. Upon scanning, Participants are redirected to the Tournament interface, where they must complete registration and accept these Terms.
Each Participant is permitted to create and use only one Demo Account for the duration of the Tournament. Multiple entries, duplicate profiles, or attempts to circumvent this rule are strictly prohibited.
4.2. Upon completing registration, each Participant will receive a Demo Account on the Platform with:
  • a fixed initial balance of Simulated Funds,
  • identical trading conditions for all Participants,
  • preconfigured assets and instruments available for demo trading,
  • no real-money capabilities.
The Participant may not alter: leverage settings (unless specified by the Organizer), initial balance, list of tradable instruments, platform configuration. All Participants trade under identical demo conditions to ensure fairness.
4.3. Participants may not:
  • use bots, automated scripts, APIs, or algorithmic tools;
  • exploit latency, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities;
  • manipulate artificial price feeds or simulated execution logic;
  • collaborate with other participants to alter rankings;
  • engage in any form of “gaming the system.”
Attempting to bypass simulation constraints, inject external tools, or modify the Platform’s environment constitutes Misconduct and may result in immediate disqualification.
4.4. The Tournament will run within the timeframe announced by the Organizer at the Conference. Only demo trades executed within the official timeframe will be counted.
4.5. Participants will be ranked on the Leaderboard based on performance metrics determined by the Organizer.
The Leaderboard is updated periodically based on simulated market execution and does not represent real-world financial performance.
4.6. Winners are determined solely based on their final position in the Leaderboard at the close of the Tournament.
In the event of a tie, the Organizer may apply tie-breaking rules such as: lower maximum drawdown, smaller time-to-profit, fewer total trades.
The Organizer reserves the right to confirm eligibility before granting Prizes, disqualify any Participant who violated these Terms, refuse a Prize if the Participant does not meet Prize requirements.
4.7. The Tournament relies on online systems and simulated data feeds provided by the Platform Operator.
Participants acknowledge that:
  • delays, outages, or connectivity issues may occur;
  • simulated prices may not match real market prices;
  • trade execution may differ from real-world market conditions;
  • performance may be impacted by device, internet quality, or other external factors.
The Organizer is not responsible for internet interruptions or device failures, Platform downtime, discrepancies due to simulated market conditions, losses of data, delays, or errors not caused by the Organizer’s direct negligence.
No compensation, refund, or adjustment will be made for technical issues affecting demo performance.
4.8. Participants must adhere to professional and ethical conduct at all times and must not harass other Participants or staff, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to intimidate or influence other Participants, disseminate misleading or fraudulent information, damage, misuse, or disrupt the Tournament infrastructure.
4.9. The Organizer may, at any time and for any reason:
  • modify rules, timelines, instruments available for trading, or Demo Account configurations;
  • suspend the Tournament temporarily;
  • cancel the Tournament entirely;
  • resolve disputes in its sole and final discretion.
No claims, compensation, or legal actions may be brought against the Organizer for any such modifications or cancellations.
5. Prizes
5.1. At the conclusion of the Tournament, the Organizer will award promotional Prizes to the top three Participants listed on the final Leaderboard:
  • 1st Place: 4,000 USDT
  • 2nd Place: 3,000 USDT
  • 3rd Place: 2,000 USDT
  • 4rd Place: 1,000 USDT
Prizes are one-time promotional rewards and do not constitute investment returns, trading profits, interest, dividends, staking rewards, brokerage payments, or any form of regulated financial compensation.
5.2. Participants will receive a prize if they have fulfilled all the requirements set out in section 2 (“Eligibility”).
5.3. Participants must submit a wallet address that:
  • supports the USDT standard used by the Organizer (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20, or another supported chain),
  • is fully controlled by the Participant,
  • is not hosted on prohibited exchanges or custodians,
  • is not subject to KYC restrictions preventing the Participant from receiving assets.
The Organizer is not liable for:
  • incorrectly provided wallet addresses,
  • lost transfers due to user error,
  • network incompatibilities,
  • unsupported custodial wallets.
Incorrect submissions may result in permanent forfeiture of the Prize.
5.4. After the Tournament ends, the Organizer will contact the top three Winners using the email or communication channel provided during registration.
USDT transfers will be processed within 5 days after the Organizer confirms Winner eligibility.
5.5. Each Winner is solely responsible for:
  • reporting the Prize to tax authorities in their jurisdiction,
  • paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies,
  • ensuring legal compliance with local financial, tax, or cryptocurrency laws.
The Organizer does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice and bears no responsibility for any tax or legal obligations incurred by the Winners.
5.6. Prizes:
  • cannot be substituted, exchanged, or converted into fiat currency by the Organizer,
  • cannot be transferred to another person, unless explicitly permitted by the Organizer,
  • are not redeemable for goods, services, or other compensation from the Organizer.
The Organizer retains full discretion over Prize form and delivery.
5.7. The Participant acknowledges that:
  • cryptocurrency prices fluctuate substantially;
  • blockchain network conditions may delay or affect transfers;
  • technical issues may arise with wallets or exchanges;
Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranties, whether express or implied.
5.8. The Organizer may publicly announce the Winners: on Conference screens, on social media, on the Organizer’s website, or in press releases.
Unless prohibited by local law, the Winner grants the Organizer permission to publish: first name or nickname; country of residence (optional); ranking position.
No sensitive personal information will be disclosed.
5.9. As an additional condition for receiving any Prize, the Winner must successfully complete a one-time identity verification procedure conducted through a third-party verification provider selected by the Organizer. The purpose of this verification is solely to confirm the Winner’s identity, eligibility, and compliance with applicable sanctions and anti-money-laundering restrictions. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse Prize distribution if the Winner fails, refuses, or is unable to complete the KYC procedure, or if the verification results indicate that Prize distribution would violate applicable laws, regulations, or the Organizer’s compliance policies. Failure to pass KYC shall result in automatic forfeiture of the Prize without any further obligations on the part of the Organizer.
6. No purchase required
6.1. Participation in the Tournament is entirely free of charge and does not require the Participant to provide any form of payment, commitment, subscription, or financial consideration. At no stage of the Tournament, whether during registration, access to the Platform, or participation in demo trading activities, is the Participant requested or expected to make deposits, submit payment instruments, engage in real-money transactions, or purchase products or services from the Organizer, the Platform Operator, the Conference organizers, or any affiliated or unaffiliated third parties.
6.2. The Tournament is conducted exclusively within a demo trading environment, and therefore does not involve real funds or any mechanism through which Participants may be asked to provide capital. 
6.3. Participants are expected to engage solely with the free demo tools and functionalities made available within the Platform. The Organizer prohibits the use of paid external tools, including but not limited to algorithmic software, automated trading scripts, signals, analytical subscriptions, or any paid third-party services intended to improve a Participant’s performance. The use of such tools constitutes a violation of the nature of the Tournament and may result in immediate disqualification.
7. Data and privacy
7.1. The Organizer collects and processes only such personal data as is necessary for the Participant’s registration, identification within the Tournament environment, communication regarding Tournament administration, and distribution of Prizes. 
7.2. The categories of information collected may include the Participant’s name, email address, country of residence, device information necessary for platform optimization, and anonymized usage analytics generated through the Platform during demo trading activity. No financial information, payment details, government-issued identification numbers, or sensitive personal data are requested or required at any stage of participation.
7.3. All data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation in the jurisdictions relevant to the Organizer and the Participant. 
7.4. Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of administering the Tournament, managing Demo Accounts, ensuring the integrity of the Leaderboard, communicating important updates, and distributing Prizes to eligible Participants. 
7.5. The Organizer does not sell, lease, or commercially exploit personal information for marketing or advertising purposes unrelated to the Tournament. Data may be shared with the Platform Operator solely to facilitate demo trading operations, maintain system integrity, or address technical issues. Such data sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary and is governed by confidentiality obligations.
7.6. The Organizer may anonymize or aggregate usage data for statistical analysis or for improving Tournament design and entertainment value. Such aggregated information does not identify individual Participants.
7.7. The Organizer employs commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, or unlawful processing. Nevertheless, Participants understand that data transmission over the internet or through wireless networks may not be entirely secure, and the Organizer cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber risks, including but not limited to interception, disruption, or unauthorized third-party interference. 
7.8. By participating, the Participant consents to the collection and processing of personal data as described in this section and acknowledges that such processing is necessary for the provision of the demo-trading services and Tournament administration.
7.9. If a Participant wishes to request access to their data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of their information (where permitted by applicable law), such requests may be submitted to the contact details provided in Section 1 (“General Information”). The Organizer reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate internal business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and security maintenance.
7.10. In the event that a Participant qualifies as a Winner, the Organizer may require the completion of an Identity Verification procedure administered through a trusted third-party provider such. For the purpose of conducting this verification, the Winner may be asked to submit personal information and documentation including identification records, biometric data, residency details, and any other information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and ensure compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and sanctions regulations. Such data shall be processed strictly for compliance purposes, shall not be used for marketing or unrelated activities, and shall be shared only with the KYC provider and internal compliance personnel on a need-to-know basis. All data collected during the KYC process shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and shall be retained only for the period required to satisfy legal, regulatory, and audit obligations. 
8. Liability limitation
8.1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that their involvement in the Tournament is entirely voluntary and undertaken at their own risk. The Organizer provides access to a simulated entertainment environment “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding its functionality, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. 
8.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or related to the Participant’s registration, access to the Platform, use of the Demo Account, performance in the Tournament, Prize distribution, or inability to participate due to technical, personal, or external circumstances. This includes, without limitation, damages related to delays, interruptions, connectivity failures, outages, software defects, loss of data, corrupted files, or technological incompatibilities. 
8.3. The Participant understands that internet connectivity, device performance, and third-party systems are outside the Organizer’s control and may impact participation or results. No recalculation, compensation, or remedial action shall be provided in connection with technical issues of any kind.
8.4. The Organizer bears no liability for the acts or omissions of the Platform Operator, Conference organizers, venue providers, promotional staff, or any third parties involved in the logistical or technical aspects of the Tournament. Furthermore, the Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of scanning QR codes that originate from unauthorized or fraudulent sources, nor for any damages resulting from phishing attempts or malicious third-party content.
8.5. The Organizer’s liability in connection with the Tournament, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, shall in all cases be limited to the total monetary value of the Prize that the Participant is eligible to receive, and only if the Participant is formally declared a Winner. Participants who do not qualify for a Prize expressly waive any right to seek damages or compensation from the Organizer.
8.6. In jurisdictions that do not allow limitations of liability to the extent described above, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8.7. By accepting these Terms, the Participant irrevocably releases the Organizer, the Platform Operator, and all affiliated entities and individuals from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the Tournament, except where such limitation is expressly prohibited by applicable law. The Participant further agrees not to initiate or join any legal action against the Organizer relating to the conduct, administration, scoring, cancellation, modification, or outcomes of the Tournament.

9. Compliance with local laws
9.1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Tournament must at all times comply with the laws and regulatory requirements applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides, as well as those applicable in the jurisdiction where the Tournament is physically conducted. The Tournament takes place in São Paulo, Brazil, and, accordingly, the Organizer endeavors to structure the Tournament in a manner consistent with Brazilian legislation, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, promotional regulations, data protection standards, and financial regulatory frameworks administered.
10. Governing law
10.1. These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Tournament, the Platform, or the Participant’s involvement therein, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer is incorporated and maintains its principal place of business as well as place, where the Organizer operates and provides its services. The application of conflict-of-law rules, including those that may direct the application of another jurisdiction’s laws, is expressly excluded.
10.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to the interpretation, validity, enforcement, or performance of these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of the Organizer’s jurisdiction of incorporation, and the Participant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. The Participant further agrees that they shall not initiate or participate in any class action, group litigation, or representative proceeding against the Organizer, and that any claim must be brought on an individual basis.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and the Participant concerning participation in the Tournament and supersede any prior understandings, representations, communications, or agreements whether written, oral, or implied, relating to the subject matter herein. 
11.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be interpreted in a manner that gives effect to the original intent of the provision to the greatest extent permitted by law. If such interpretation is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without limitation.
11.3. The Organizer’s failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy provided under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right, power, or remedy, nor shall any partial exercise preclude any further exercise thereof. Any waiver must be made explicitly in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Organizer.
11.4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in operational procedures, legal requirements, or regulatory interpretations. Any such amendments shall take effect upon publication through the Organizer’s official website. Continued participation in the Tournament following such amendments constitutes the Participant’s acceptance of the updated Terms.
11.5. The Participant may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations arising under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Organizer. The Organizer may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any affiliated entity, successor organization, or acquiring company without requiring the Participant’s consent, provided that such assignment does not materially diminish the Participant’s rights under these Terms.
11.6. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary duty, or agency relationship between the Organizer and the Participant. Participation in the Tournament does not grant the Participant any authority to act on behalf of, bind, or obligate the Organizer in any manner.
11.7. To the extent that these Terms are translated into languages other than English for convenience or local compliance, the English version shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity, conflict, or inconsistency. All interpretations, decisions, and judgments regarding these Terms shall be based on the English version.
11.8. The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such non-performance results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, sanctions, epidemics, pandemics, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, platform or infrastructure disruptions, or any other events commonly recognized as force majeure. In such circumstances, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, suspend, alter, or cancel the Tournament without prior notice and without any obligation to provide compensation or remedies to Participants.

12.2. Communications should be submitted in English unless the Organizer expressly indicates support for additional languages.
