4.1. Participants may register for the Tournament through the official online registration page, QR codes, or promotional links circulated by the Organizer.
Participants may alternatively access the Tournament by scanning the official QR codes distributed by the Organizer’s authorized promotional personnel. Upon scanning, Participants are redirected to the Tournament interface, where they must complete registration and accept these Terms.
Each Participant is permitted to create and use only one Demo Account for the duration of the Tournament. Multiple entries, duplicate profiles, or attempts to circumvent this rule are strictly prohibited.
4.2. Upon completing registration, each Participant will receive a Demo Account on the Platform with:
- a fixed initial balance of Simulated Funds,
- identical trading conditions for all Participants,
- preconfigured assets and instruments available for demo trading,
- no real-money capabilities.
The Participant may not alter: leverage settings (unless specified by the Organizer), initial balance, list of tradable instruments, platform configuration. All Participants trade under identical demo conditions to ensure fairness.
4.3. Participants may not:
- use bots, automated scripts, APIs, or algorithmic tools;
- exploit latency, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities;
- manipulate artificial price feeds or simulated execution logic;
- collaborate with other participants to alter rankings;
- engage in any form of “gaming the system.”
Attempting to bypass simulation constraints, inject external tools, or modify the Platform’s environment constitutes Misconduct and may result in immediate disqualification.
4.4. The Tournament will run within the timeframe announced by the Organizer at the Conference. Only demo trades executed within the official timeframe will be counted.
4.5. Participants will be ranked on the Leaderboard based on performance metrics determined by the Organizer.
The Leaderboard is updated periodically based on simulated market execution and does not represent real-world financial performance.
4.6. Winners are determined solely based on their final position in the Leaderboard at the close of the Tournament.
In the event of a tie, the Organizer may apply tie-breaking rules such as: lower maximum drawdown, smaller time-to-profit, fewer total trades.
The Organizer reserves the right to confirm eligibility before granting Prizes, disqualify any Participant who violated these Terms, refuse a Prize if the Participant does not meet Prize requirements.
4.7. The Tournament relies on online systems and simulated data feeds provided by the Platform Operator.
Participants acknowledge that:
- delays, outages, or connectivity issues may occur;
- simulated prices may not match real market prices;
- trade execution may differ from real-world market conditions;
- performance may be impacted by device, internet quality, or other external factors.
The Organizer is not responsible for internet interruptions or device failures, Platform downtime, discrepancies due to simulated market conditions, losses of data, delays, or errors not caused by the Organizer’s direct negligence.
No compensation, refund, or adjustment will be made for technical issues affecting demo performance.
4.8. Participants must adhere to professional and ethical conduct at all times and must not harass other Participants or staff, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to intimidate or influence other Participants, disseminate misleading or fraudulent information, damage, misuse, or disrupt the Tournament infrastructure.
4.9. The Organizer may, at any time and for any reason:
- modify rules, timelines, instruments available for trading, or Demo Account configurations;
- suspend the Tournament temporarily;
